Product - Learning the Good Things is a
transfer of knowledge inherited from my humble
association with Malaysia Singapore Airlines dating back
to 1970. It has been a life of enrichment in learning
and a profound privilege to transform and share the
reflection with aspirants who wish to harness their
career option in the Service and Hospitality segment,
because knowledge is not knowledge until it is shared.
Learning the Good Things is
conceptualized and designed based on my personal
encounter in the Aviation and Service Industries. The
programs are therefore customized with comprehensive
learning needs to satisfy industry standards. Customer
care and Service Management are compositions anchored on
the finer aspects of service delivery.
It is a unique learning feature that has contributed
successfully towards service delivery resulting in
International recognition during my past tenures in the
service industry.
The training
methodology has also been conjured to encourage
student’s engagement and interaction, an important
profile of the service provider. The teaching contents
are structured, allowing us to inject creativity and to
present learning as a pleasant and non intimidating
experience. Our strive for effectiveness in learning is
not only to impart knowledge but to facilitate you
in discovering your inner self as well as the potential
you possess to take you forward.
Periodical assessments are incorporated into the
training curriculum to consistently gauge your
receptiveness on the learning elements. The areas on
personality development are also given similar
prominence for balance. These are formulated in line
with Aviation and Service specifications to nurture you
in line with industry expectations.
Backed by numerous success stories, since the
inception of Kingfisher Training Academy, the
realization dawned on us that we can reach out to a
larger audience by offering an intensive program with
greater emphasis on English learning. We are equally
encouraged by repeated requests for such a program and
this has motivated and prompted us to design and
conceive the 12 Month Intensive Certificate
Course in Aviation and Hospitality Management.
