Scope of Work for Franchisees : To Look after and provide all the following :
A. Infrastructure
The Franchisee shall provide adequate infrastructure befitting the Brand and Standards set by KTASL
The Franchisee shall provide classrooms that can comfortably accommodate a batch of 30 Trainees
The Franchisee shall provide the following facilities in the infrastructure as more particularly specified in clauses 2 and 3 herein above

The aforesaid premises shall be properly air-conditioned
Suitable toilet and hygiene facilities shall be made available for separate male and female trainees
Adequate lighting shall be provided in the said infrastructure along with sufficient clean drinking water facilities
Audio visual equipments, whiteboards including stationary shall be provided at the premises
If determined, facilities such as Aircraft Mock Ups shall be provided in the Center
 
Security personnel shall be deployed by The Franchisee
Housekeeping and facility maintenance support shall be provided by the Franchisee
Adequate safety and fire-fighting equipment in the aforesaid premises shall be made available by the Franchisee
The Franchisee shall ensure that all necessary agreements in respect of the said property specifically those relating to continuance of the program in the said property shall be kept alive and subsisting for a period of 4 years during the pendency of the MoU
B. Training :
Appointing sufficient numbers of trainers and getting them certified by HQ
Understanding and Ensuring Quality of Delivery to the Students
 
C. Sales and Business Development :
The responsibility for generating Sales shall be totally that of the Franchisee. The targets for the same shall be determined in mutual consultation with HQ.
Employment of adequate sales force to generate the necessary target numbers
All activities, ATL and BTL to be run to generate the aforesaid numbers in due consultation with HQ. POSM to be approved by HQ.
